'ART 50' & 'THE BRITISH' ON SCREEN

50 projects funded by Sky Arts on the topic of what it means to be British were showcased in four programmes on TV in March 2019.

They were presented by Stephen Mangan, Joan Bakewell and Vick Hope and are now available on Sky Catch Up and On Demand.

ART 50: THE SOUND OF BRITAIN premiered the music and dance projects

ART 50: A PICTURE OF BRITAIN looked at the visual art projects

ART 50: BRITAIN ON FILM showcased the works of film makers

ART 50: THE VOICE OF BRITAIN explored the works of poets and playwrights

They were also later reversioned into a six part series called THE BRITISH presented by Vick Hope that divided up into themes looking at:

VALUES, YOUTH, RACE,CLASS, HUMOUR AND NATIONS,
