'School Britannia' - '2 Sides'

Children across the UK, Channel Islands and Gibraltar look at what life is like where they live for the School Britannia scheme.

Life in Grimsby is the topic of this by poem by Jamie.

Animation by Oliver Pendle. Oliver has been an animator for three years since graduating from UCA Farnham. He trained in 2D traditional animation but eventually transitioned into digital art and has been working with companies to produce adverts and music videos. He grew up on a council estate in High Wycombe; living in the same flat for 18 years before going to university. He is interested in local and grounded stories, but also loves tales of travel and adventure to new worlds. Oliver spent time moving from place to place in the UK; from Farnham, to London, Lincolnshire and Norwich, originally making money as a caricature artist on the street before finding work in animation.
