'Spirit of Our Nation' by Peter Brewis and Sharon Durant

Two songs were commissioned and written for this year's Sage project 'The Big Sing', performed in June 2018.

During this performance, over 1000 children sang two songs commissioned especially for Art 50, the barnstorming anthem 'The Spirit of the North' by Sharon Durant who also led the choir sessions, and the sweet and moving 'Nothing Can Separate us Now' by Mercury Prize nominated Peter Brewis.
